Raymond Wong, PE, CEM

Principal

With over 20 years of consulting engineering experience and 10 years of military and business experience, Raymond has been the driving force for A&J's MEP consulting business.

A former Army officer, Raymond brings discipline and strategic thinking to every project. He serves on the Essex County Planning Board and is an Industry Advisor at PCTI, and previously served as Vice President of the Millburn Board of Education.

Director of Engineering

Harshal leads the engineering team with expertise spanning HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and sustainable design across healthcare, education, and commercial markets. His technical depth and project management skills ensure A&J delivers precision-engineered solutions on every engagement.

Outside of engineering, Harshal is passionate about the outdoors and nature, bringing that same appreciation for natural systems into his approach to sustainable building design.

As the Electrical Department Head, Mr. Lopez presents over 25 years of experience managing and performing existing condition surveys, design, installation and testing programs for power distribution, lighting design, telecommunications, security and life safety systems in educational facilities, office buildings, pharmaceutical plants and laboratories, and diverse Government facilities to local, state and federal codes and applicable standards.
