Raymond Wong serves as Principal of A&J Consulting, bringing over three decades of engineering expertise to every engagement. Since joining the firm in its early years and ascending to leadership, Raymond has been instrumental in shaping the company's technical standards and client-first philosophy. His depth of experience spans complex MEP systems for healthcare facilities, large-scale educational campuses, and government buildings throughout the Tri-State area.

A licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager, Raymond combines rigorous technical knowledge with a strategic understanding of building performance. Director of Engineering

Harshal Shah serves as Director of Engineering at A&J Consulting, leading the firm's technical operations and design excellence initiatives. With extensive experience across the full spectrum of MEP engineering, Harshal oversees project delivery, quality assurance, and the integration of advanced engineering methodologies across all studio teams.

As a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, Healthcare Facility Design Professional, and LEED Accredited Professional, Harshal represents the multidisciplinary expertise that defines A&J's approach.
